“Green dumplings, eggs à la Goethe, vegetables, and herbs”
According to old tradition, Lent is concluded with this dish.
Prepared with fresh, local vegetables and herbs.

Sparerib evenings every Tuesday

Delicious spare ribs with coleslaw, Caesar salad and cold beer

We are happy to prepare a menu for our school starters
and their families. You are also welcome to dine à la carte.
A lovingly set table awaits our ABC shooters
with little surprises for the “sugar bag”.

Feather white weeks

In the Weinhaus Sinz for the Frauensteiner grape harvest.

Game from Rheingau and Taunus

Roe deer, stag, wild boar and hare from the local ones
forests and fields, prepared as traditional Rheingauer
Autumn dishes.

“Rheingau goose feast”

Goose legs with potato dumplings and apple red cabbage, half and
whole geese on advance order.

The Weinhaus offers turkeys around Thanksgiving Day
and side dishes, prepared according to original recipes from the USA.
