Regular annual events in Frauenstein include cherry blossom season in spring, summer and wine festivals as well as grape and fruit harvesting in late summer and autumn.

We are pleased to arrange private festivities, wine tastings, company events or conferences tailored to your individual request.

Our culinary calendar gives you a small glimpse into the events we have on offer for you in accordance with the respective season and occasion.

  1. November - ChristmasRheingau Roast Goose Dinner Roast goose legs with German potato dumplings and red cabbage with apples. For half or whole geese advanced order is required.
  2. 24 - 27 NovemberThanksgiving Turkey On Thanksgiving, the kitchen at the Sinz Wine and Guesthouse serves traditional Thanksgiving turkey as well as several side dishes – prepared according to traditional American recipes.
  3. DecemberAdvent and Christmas Season Enjoy and celebrate with your friends and family in a stylish atmosphere in the festively decorated premises of the Sinz Wine and Guesthouse. Separate rooms for 20-40 guests are available.
  4. 25th & 26th DecemberChristmas Holidays at the Sinz Wine and Guesthouse At Christmas our restaurant is open on the 25th and 26th of December until 3 o clock pm. Choose your own Christmas menu out of a selction of wonderful, traditionell Christmas meals.
  5. 11 - 15 JanuaryCurly Kale Event ‘Grünkohlschmaus’ with smoked minced pork sausages ‘Mettenden’ Typical Northern German dish during the winter season but also very popular with locals in the Rheingau region.
  6. 27 - 29 JanuarySpicy peppered pork ragout ’Schweinepfeffer’ à la Auntie Aenni ...just as we like it – served with German dumplings and sauerkraut.
