Enjoy our fine selection of wines in our authentic premises alongside our freshly prepared culinary highlights of the regional cuisine.

Our cuisine features seasonal and regional products: To capture the flavour of spring, fresh asparagus is served, our wild venison originates from local forests, fresh fish has been caught in our own lakes and the poultry we serve has been raised on neighbouring farms.

All these culinary highlights are lovingly prepared and served as delicious meals and regional Rheingau specialities. Paired with carefully selected wines from the Rheingau region, all dishes have been given the finishing touch.

In the kitchen of our family-run business, Klaus Sinz inspires creativity and enthusiasm while drawing from years of experience in cooking. His parents Hermann and Lore, his wife Katharina and their son Niklas Sinz all contribute to the success of the family-run business. Niklas Sinz now studies hotel management after having received training as a cook.

The combination of a strong family tradition, haute cuisine and the beautiful premises makes every family celebration, wedding, anniversary, conference or Christmas party an unforgettable experience.
